Our Mission

To directly brighten the lives of children with physical, developmental, communication and learning needs in low income families to enhance their well being, happiness, quality of life, community involvement and success.

Our mission is to help fund medical assessments, therapies, educational services, camps and scholarships for children with special needs and neurodiversities in low income families as well as families who are struggling with poverty and help these children have a greater chance and success in life.

Application Process

Obtain a referral! Choose your Assessment or Therapy Professional

Your doctor can give you a referral to a medical professional. Both a medical doctor or a social worker can give you a referral to the CJ Riders Foundation for funding possibilitiespossibilities

Answer all the questions in our application!

Funding Eligibility

If your application is accepted we will determine how much funding you are granted and pay the Professional directly.
